The restaurant Funky Gourmet was her first venture and the one that earned her international distinction with 2 Michelin stars. She is the Co-founder of the restaurant OPSO in London, which showcases modern Greek gastronomy.Since 2021, Chef Hiliadaki and her team have been sharing her years of experience in both the culinary and broader hospitality fields as a Consultant Chef for several highly successful projects both within and outside of Greece.Her most recent venture as a chef and co-owner, is the new restaurant named IODIO. A seafood gastronomic destination in Kolonaki, it welcomes fish lovers daily for lunch and dinner, combining fresh ingredients with modern cuisine.Georgiana Hiliadaki has served as a Lecturer at Harvard University, teaching Culinary Psychology in February 2021 and March 2022.
