Alexandros Tsiotinis is the chef and owner of the Michelin starred CTC restaurant. His professional career began at a very young age, working as a cook in the 3*Michelin starred restaurants Epicure, Arpège, and Astrance.
In 2012, he won his first Golden Toque for the restaurant Calypso and in 2015 he was distinguished with the 1st place for the Mediterranean region in the ‘International S. Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year’ competition. This was perhaps his most important year, as he opened his first restaurant, CTC, which overturned all the norms of the Greek gastronomic scene up to that point, renewing Greek cuisine with imagination ∙ he conveys its deepest essence with a refinement that takes you to an advanced gastronomic world. There is no menu and invites guests to put themselves in the hands of the chef, simply asking them if they wish to try 3, 6, or 9 dishes. Alexandros Tsiotinis is consistently awarded by Greek institutions with Golden Toques and FNL Stars.
