Albert Adrià is one of the most iconic figures of the global gastronomic scene with many awards. He was named one of the world’s 13 most influential personalities in gastronomy by TIME magazine in 2013, the World’s Best Pastry Chef by ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ in 2015, and the 2nd Best Chef in the world by ‘The Best Chef Awards’ in 2023.

He was one of the three heads of the creative team at the legendary ‘elBulli’, with his brother Ferran and Oriol Castro, where they created a completely new menu for the restaurant every year. A pioneer of the gastrobar concept, he first opened ‘Inopia’ in Barcelona, followed by the legendary ‘Tickets’ with a Michelin star and reached No. 20 on the list of ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’. He also opened the restaurants ‘Pakta’, ‘Hoja Santa’, and ’41º’, all Michelin-starred, as well as ‘Bodega 1900’, ‘Niño Viejo’, the groundbreaking ‘Heart’ in Ibiza, ‘Cakes & Bubbles’ in London, and finally, ‘Enigma’—a Michelin-starred restaurant at No. 34 in the world in 2024.
